The single largest expense in the event ticketing industry are service charges – or more directly the amount of service charges online ticketing companies are charging venues. One of our key promises to our customers is the assurance that we have the ability to deliver world class ticketing functionality at a fraction of the cost of our competitors. We will also bring reduced costs to our venue partners for all associated ticketing and box office fees – including ticket delivery costs, event publication costs and printing costs.
Our product and services are unique because they are designed with the venue operator in mind. We believe that by working in partnership with our operators we help them expand their collective offerings to the arts world, which in turn will benefit both of us.
Our target audience is in a very competitive market and they need the revenue growth support they we offer to enhance their position. We intend to share reduced service charge revenue, we intend to provide complete ticketing functionality at less than 50% of the current market and we intend to deliver additional revenue via advertising opportunities.
